The Lodge of Amity and Rossendale Forest No.283

WBro. John Ingham PAGSwdB was a well-respected member of Rossendale Forest Lodge No.4138, and the Haslingden community as a Cricketer. He was the Director of Ceremonies for many years, rising through the Ranks in Provincial Grand Lodge to PProvGReg when he was appointed Rossendale District Chairman. On his retirement from that position he became a Past Officer of UGLE with the Rank of Past Assistant Grand Sword Bearer.
His death in May 2006 was a great loss to his Family, Freemasonry in General and in particular to Rossendale Forest Lodge.
